This module is used in every business and DATAHUB offers complete flexibility when estimating and quoting a job or enquiring about a purchase of goods or services.

When estimating a job the DATAHUB system will allow you to accurately price the work by calculating the time it takes and the cost of any materials needed. When putting together a quote the system gives flexibility in the form of different line types allowing users to enter exact text anywhere within the document, create sub-totals from different lines and display chosen alternative line headings such as 'Unit Of Measurement' (UOM) or 'per hour'.

This module links directly into the customer and supplier relationship modules and when creating a quote it will allow you to view all the previous sales enquiry history and prices you have charged that particular customer. This also links in the same way for purchase enquiries, where you have the availability to view what you were quoted for all materials and services previously from a particular supplier

The DATAHUB system is also able to have a chosen layout to the header and footer of any document created. This will be set as standard in all areas of the system where there is a need to print out a headed document i.e. a quote or sales order. This will then be despatched in the customers's preferred manner of receiving i.e. by post, fax, e-mail etc.

This makes creating a quote very simple and efficient therefore reducing cost in a number of different areas.
