Document Control

This section of the system controls all incoming and outgoing communications. It consists of 2 programs:

  1. Fax / Email Manager - This program allows the user to view all outgoing fax and email transactions.
  2. Fax Server - This service allows all PCs on the network to send faxes using a special printer driver.


In various sections of the program the user can store a digital copy (PDF format) of an incoming communication that was originally received as a hard copy.
