Additional Software
The 'Additional Software' is made up of 4 different sections, all linking to various parts of the DATAHUB system.

Staff Notices - This feature enables management to create a staff memo, message or notice which will flag all employees or specific members of staff when logging on to their computer. This enables management to deliver a message with minimum disruption.

Mail Merge - This directly links in to the 'Customer Relationship Management' and 'Supplier Relationship Management' modules as well as the 'Human Resources' module. This enables the user to either send mail to everybody or just a select group: by sales rep, geographical location, sales type, sales product, industry type etc.

Accident Reporting - This feature directly links to the human resource module and enables an authorised representative to enter the details of any accidents that may occur within the work place. This is then stored on a file within human resource against the member of staff who had the accident. Trends can be established or appropriate health and safety action can be taken.

Fixed Asset Management - This records all capital purchases, including costs, the depreciation method and subsequent written down values. Records are also kept on the disposal of assets and, if sold, their invoice details.
